After graduating from the University of Toronto with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy, Aaron began treating musculoskeletal conditions such as arthritis, fractures, and sports injuries. He enjoys working with patients using various treatment approaches including manual (hands-on) therapy, personalized exercises, and acupuncture to achieve the best possible outcomes. He has special interests in treating conditions related to the hip, shoulder, as well as patients with dizziness.
Aaron is passionate about finding the best available treatment options for his patients. He has received manual physiotherapy training having attained Level 3 certification through the Canadian Physiotherapy Association’s post-graduate Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy program. He has also completed a number of masterclasses with world-renowned experts in specific areas of physiotherapy such as the treatment of shoulder and hip problems, and has pursued training in concussion management and vestibular rehabilitation for balance and dizziness disorders. Aaron is GLA:D certified and has hosted a number of exercise classes for patients with hip/knee arthritis. Additionally, Aaron has training in intramuscular dry needling through the Integrated Dry Needling certification program and is also certificed in medical acupuncture by Acupuncture Canada
Outside of work, Aaron enjoys his weekly 10K run. His favorite food is dim sum and his all-time favorite movie is Stranger than Fiction. He enjoys reading about personal finance in his spare time and he aspires to do more international travelling in the future. Aaron is fluent in Cantonese and conversational in Mandarin.
