Olivia joined our front desk team while completing her training in the field of counselling. With more than ten years of customer service experience, she has a passion to help others in providing excellent service while building strong relationships with patients. Empathizing one’s physical and emotional strains, her goal is to ensure patient visits are pleasant and therapeutic.
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys spending time with her family and creating art such as painting and drawing.
