Nathan graduated from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Physiotherapy. He later completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Modern Acupuncture for Rehabilitation at HKU SPACE and a Master of Science in Motion Analysis from the University of Dundee, where he developed a deeper understanding of human movement and biomechanics. Nathan is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Nathan takes a thoughtful and individualized approach to physiotherapy. He listens carefully to each patient’s concerns and considers how their symptoms, movement patterns, and daily activities interact. His treatment approach combines manual (hands-on) therapy, therapeutic modalities, individualized exercise, kinesiology taping, and patient education. He aims to keep rehabilitation simple and focused, helping patients better understand their condition and identify the strategies most relevant to their recovery and goals.
Committed to ongoing professional development, Nathan is currently pursuing the Canadian Physiotherapy Association's Diploma of Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) Physiotherapy to further enhance his clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills.
Outside of work, Nathan enjoys lane swimming, cycling, spending quality time with his family, and driving stick shift.
