She developed her excellent customer service skills throughout various industries, but has found her permanent home in healthcare. She strongly believes in providing personalized and attentive care to every individual who walks through the door, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment. Along with our patient care coordinators, she is your first point of contact for booking appointments as well as your resource person for all matters related to billing and general inquiries. Katherine is also an avid gardener, home chef and DIY aficionado.
